Hello trainees,

I know that most of you are nervous/afraid about the camp. But keep in mind that this camp will make you stronger, mentally and physically.

" The best antidote for a fear of the unknown is a positive approach and a strong will to succeed. "

If you're afraid, nervous and very scared of what the camp is going to be, always remember that the cure for this feeling, and for any other challenges you face in life, is a strong will and a positive mindset.

So face this camp with a positive mindset, that you are NOT going to die, not going to fail, but you are going to succeed and survive through this camp AS A TEAM. With each and everyone of you supporting each other, NONE of you will fall. You all may come to camp as a plate of sand, but finish this camp together and leave as ONE.

I will not wish all of you luck, because you do not need it. Instead i wish all of you to come to camp with the correct attitude and mindset.
So we'll see you in camp, and all the best!

Hey trainees,

Camp's coming up soon. Fret not, your trainers will be there to bring you guys through the 3 days. You are going to apply whatever you have learnt so far and apply it in the camp. Be prepared and you'll do fine. Key factors that will bring you guys through together as a team is definitely TEAMWORK. Work well and obstacles will just become your stepping stones.

Find life after you complete the challenge.
Here you are, going to face the challenge.
But are you willing to take up this challenge?
