As Grauduation comes along..

Hey, it has been nearly 4 years since you guys came into NPCC, under our care and responsibilty.

4 years is neither short or long. It is just nice for your squad to experience hardships and teamwork. From which, comes with knowledge, skills and experience. Looking back at the skills that you all have gained: Drills, Campcraft, First Aid, Kayaking, Leading a team as a leader, and much much more. Now, look back and think through, what have you have experienced?

I would say most of you have grown, grown to be able to think, and some able to think and look what's beyond the surface.

Keep the values, qualities and resilience. They are important and benefits you in life which in times bring you to more achievements. Quoting from Solihin's speech, " Rank comes with responsibility, however, it is the learning process and friendship that values and will last long.", apply it in where ever you are and in what ever you do!

I wish all of you all the best ahead in your studies and future!!

Teach and Learn

Senior CLs,

A brand new year brings forward new challenges and learning.

Firstly, good job in handling the challenges of being a CL in year 2010. I believe each department, each roles and responsibilty has put each of you to different challenges and learning opportunities.

Next, cheers to the effort put in for the Unit and the Unit effort in you. Remember what you having been taught and been learning, they never ends. 2011 is year for you all to teach on the next batch of CLs and allow them to learn. Also not forgetting your own learning!!
